Zero the scale with the hopper empty

Set the amount of product required in the hopper to ensure there is sufficient product to fill the bag/s with a little to spare. This is called the “pre-fill weight”

Enter the required weight of product for each bag, known as the “delivery weight”

Place a bag beneath the hopper and press the start button to commence the cycle.

The system will automatically deliver enough product to the hopper from the silo. Once done, the hopper will deliver the correct amount of product to fill the bag as required. The final 10% of the fill will be delivered at a slower speed to ensure correct weight is achieved accurately.
