FarmBridge - Automatic Vehicle Weighing

FarmWeigh's automatic vehicle weighers are easy to use, easy to install and require little or no maintenance. Designed as single axle or axle set weighing systems they are customised to suit the vehicles you weigh. The driver of the vehicle simply moves the vehicle onto the weighing deck and positions the first weighing set (Either single axle, axle set or prime mover). The FarmBridge automatically detects the vehicle and records the weight once the vehicle has stopped moving. A light then indicates to the driver to move to the next weighing set where he repeats the process. This is repeated until the entire vehicle is weighed then the driver drives off the deck and the system records, stores and prints the transaction showing date, time, individual weight sets and total weight. More sophisticated software allowing for vehicle identification is available.

The FarmBridge comes ready to install, which is an easy process. Civil works are minimal, allowing for multiple locations, and economy in relocating the weigher if required. The FarmBridge is deliver pre-calibrated, and unless a trade-approved version is required, there is no need for on-site calibration and costly testing fees.
